Executive Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics
As Executive director, Commercial Insights and Analytics, Holly Hong works closely with Marketing, Sales, Hotel and Operations partners to lead strategies and tactics to drive deep consumer and market understanding as well as profitability for the theme park and resort. She is paving the way for Marketing and Sales strategic decisions, Park and Hotel Operation evaluation and utilizing business insights and pricing, revenue driving tools to manage forecast and revenue for the theme park, hotels, food & beverage and merchandise.
Holly has a strong business, insight and analytical background with over 20 years’ experiences in multinational companies. Prior to joining HKDL, she was the Director for Consumer Insight and Strategy, Asia Pacific, at Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods) based in Singapore. Before that, she held various leadership positions with Colgate Palmolive, Procter & Gamble in Guangzhou, New York and Shanghai.
Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Peking University, an MBA from the University of New South Wales, Australia and an MA in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong.
